Guitarist and composer Guillermo Rizzotto once again materializes a multicultural adventure imagining new worlds of sound, continuing with what has been the first album of this intercultural musical encounter: “VINDU” together with the Norwegian rural musicians from the Numedal area, released in 2014, with who have been touring France, Belgium, Spain, and Norway all these years.
In this case, it is a live recording of a unique and special meeting of the group, but this time, adding two other instrumentalists of two also different nationalities.
Thus, the ensemble of the album entitled "Guillermo Rizzotto + VINDU Ensemble: Live in Norway 2019", is made up of the Norwegian singer Åshild Wetterhus, who also plays a medieval instrument called Kraviklyre (Kravik lyre, the area where the first prototype was found ), the Turkish harpist Meriç Dönük, the Argentine flutist and quenist Pablo Giménez, the Norwegian Even Tråen on Hardanger's violin and Guillermo Rizzotto himself on guitar, composition, arrangements and conducting the ensemble.
“This album is a faithful example of how the ensemble can play live since there is no type of overdubbing or correction of anything. This is what has been really played, and I liked it so much that I decided to make it available to all people around the world on this CD. It was a shame that such a beautiful musical performance is only for the ears and hearts of the 100 people who were present that day. This meeting was unique and deserves to be materialized on this CD, which is also published in a physical version as a precious object, a box with a window where you can see a part of a landscape, which when opened, is revealed. read a poem and it can be caught between curious forms and minimalism of design, referring to that meeting of cultures that are seen through the window, or "VINDU", as they say in Norwegian.

El guitarrista y compositor Guillermo Rizzotto materializa nuevamente una aventura multicultural imaginando nuevos mundos sonoros, continuando con lo que ha sido el primer disco de este encuentro musical intercultural: “VINDU” junto a los músicos rurales noruegos de la zona de Numedal editado en 2014, con quienes ha estado girando por Francia, Bélgica, España, y Noruega todos estos años.
En este caso, se trata de una grabación en directo de un único y especial encuentro del grupo, pero esta vez, sumando otros dos instrumentistas de dos nacionalidades también diferentes.
Es así que el ensamble del disco Titulado “Guillermo Rizzotto+VINDU Ensemble: Live in Norway 2019”, queda conformado por la cantante noruega Åshild Wetterhus, que también toca un instrumento medieval llamado Kraviklyre (Lira de Kravik, zona donde fue encontrado el primer prototipo), la arpista turca Meriç Dönük, el flautista y quenista argentino Pablo Giménez, el noruego Even Tråen en violín de Hardanger y Guillermo Rizzotto mismo en guitarra, composición, arreglos y dirección del ensamble.
“Este disco es una muestra fiel de como el ensamble puede tocar en vivo ya que no hay ningún tipo de sobregrabación o corrección de nada. Esto es lo que se ha tocado realmente, y me ha gustado tanto que he decidido ponerlo al alcance de toda la gente al rededor del mundo en este CD. Era una pena que tan hermosa perfomance musical quede solo para los oídos y los corazones de las 100 personas que estaban presentes ese día. Este encuentro fué único y merece que esté materializado en este CD, que además viene editado en versión física como un objeto precioso, una cajita troquelada con una ventana donde se puede ver una parte de un paisaje, que al abrirlo, se revela, Se deja leer un poema y el CD se puede coger de entre formas curiosas y minimalismo del diseño, haciendo referencia a ese encuentro de culturas que se ven a través de la ventana, o “VINDU”, como se dice en noruego.
